I've rented here three times. It's one of the most no-nonsense companies I've ever dealt with. You can just show up on a Friday, say you need x tables, y chairs... you fill out a little paperwork (if you don't have an account established... the next time you don't fill anything out). So then they say "ok move your car over here" and you go to their back room and you pass a couple things like
me: "oh that's a nice big trash can, can I rent that?"
them: "Sure, I'll just add no problem"
me: "oooh I could use some linens for those tables"
them: "What color?"
Then you come back on Monday morning and drop off the stuff and you don't get any grief at all, just maybe a "how'd it go?" and you're off. And it always seems like it'll be more expensive than what ends up happening. Except for the linens, which obviously cost a lot because of the cost to clean them.
But bottom line it's just so easy to rent here.
